1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jl18 ("jl18", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jl18.today. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the jl18 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of promotional offers, and interactions with our customer support team.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jl18 website, mobile application, and any associated services or tools made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform following successful registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR funds deposited by a User into their jl18 Account from which wagers may be placed and withdrawals may be requested.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds, free spins credits, or bonus PKR amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a jl18 promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which the access to or use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, from which jl18 does not accept registrations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on jl18 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which the User is located. jl18 enforces this requirement via CNIC-based identity verification during the KYC process. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds returned to the originating payment method, and any accrued bonus balances permanently forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a jl18 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. You undertake to update your registered information promptly if any details change. jl18 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) jl18 Account. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by matching CNIC details, payment method ownership, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jl18 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed across those accounts, and permanently forfeit any Bonus Balance accumulated. The Real Money Balance from any duplicate accounts will be consolidated and returned via the primary verified payment method.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

jl18 is operated and marketed principally to Pakistani users. Users accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms and at their own risk. jl18 bears no responsibility for the legal consequences of access from jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited. jl18 reserves the right to geoblock access from specific territories at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl18 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jl18 will never ask you to provide your password via email, Live Chat, or any external communication channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately change your password via the Account Settings panel and notify jl18 Live Chat. jl18 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from the Account holder's failure to maintain password security or their voluntary or inadvertent disclosure of credentials to a third party.

3.2 KYC Verification

jl18 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) front and back; (b) a selfie holding your CNIC; and (c) where required, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission during business days. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal functionality remains restricted. Accounts that fail KYC verification — for example, due to name mismatches, expired documents, or inconsistencies in provided information — will be subject to account review.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

jl18 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where: (a) we have reason to believe the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) the Account displays indicators consistent with fraudulent activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. In cases of account closure for breach, jl18 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Real Money Balances on legitimately closed accounts will be returned to the verified payment method within 10 business days.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jl18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and MCB Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by jl18, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jl18's control.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jl18 is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions, and PKR 500 for bank transfer methods. Deposits via mobile wallet methods are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 business hours. jl18 does not impose a deposit fee. You must only deposit funds from payment methods that you personally own and have the legal right to use. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless the original method is no longer active, in which case documentary evidence of ownership of an alternative method is required. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours during business days. jl18 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review to withdrawals above PKR 50,000, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Chargebacks

Any User who initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their payment provider in relation to a jl18 deposit — without first contacting jl18 support and allowing jl18 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter — is in breach of these Terms. Upon detection of a chargeback, jl18 will immediately suspend the relevant Account, freeze any remaining balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels. Users who knowingly initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant financial fraud authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions offered by jl18 are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. Where specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a jl18 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% will be counted proportionally towards the wagering requirement. jl18 publishes game contribution rates in the promotional terms for each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl18 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer; or using matched-betting or low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Where bonus abuse is detected, jl18 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the Account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abusive activity.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain unused in a jl18 Account after the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice or compensation. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. jl18 is not obligated to notify Users of impending bonus expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on jl18 are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. jl18 will not void a confirmed bet on grounds that the User made an error in selection or stake, except where a manifest technical error on jl18's part caused the incorrect bet to be recorded.

6.2 Manifest Errors

Where jl18 determines that a bet was accepted at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical, human, or typographical error on the Platform's part — a "manifest error" — jl18 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the User's Account. The determination of whether an error is "manifest" is made by jl18 at its sole discretion, taking into account the degree of deviation from the correct odds and market conditions at the time.

6.3 Game Fairness

All casino games available on jl18 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories as required under jl18's international gaming licence. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 6.4 Insufficient Funds

jl18 will not allow a bet to be placed that exceeds the User's available Real Money or Bonus Balance at the time of placement. Where a session disconnection or technical issue results in a bet being placed that briefly exceeds the available balance, jl18 reserves the right to adjust the stake and resulting payout proportionally.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl18 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, tournament, or betting market to manipulate outcomes or pool strategic information.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, platform errors, or game glitches to generate illegitimate winnings.

• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Registering under a false name, false date of birth, or with fraudulently obtained or altered identity documents.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any sports event on which bets are placed on jl18, including match-fixing or any coordination with athletes, coaches, or officials.
• Accessing jl18 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by use of a VPN, proxy server, or similar circumvention technology.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account is suspended, all marketing communications are ceased, and the User is prevented from accessing any jl18 gaming services. Re-activation after a voluntary self-exclusion period requires identity re-verification and a 24-hour cooling-off confirmation step.

8.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from the Account Settings panel. These limits take effect immediately upon activation. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl18 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform, its availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

jl18 shall not be liable to any User for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment; (c) interruption to betting or gaming services arising from Force Majeure events; (d) errors, delays, or failures in third-party payment processing systems; or (e) technical malfunctions of third-party game software outside jl18's operational control.

Where liability cannot be excluded at law, jl18's aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl18's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jl18's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on jl18, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jl18 collects personal data to enable account registration and management, process financial transactions, conduct KYC verification, personalise your gaming experience, fulfil our responsible gaming obligations, and comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. jl18 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third parties is limited to service providers directly involved in operating the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game software providers) and regulatory authorities as legally required.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jl18 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through jl18's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to first raise the matter in good faith with jl18 via the official support contact below, allowing jl18 a minimum of 30 calendar days to investigate and propose a resolution. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, Users may escalate to the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under the applicable gaming licence terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jl18 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior approval from Users. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect User rights, obligations, or the way the Platform operates — jl18 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via registered email address and/or an in-platform notification displayed upon login.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or restructuring that does not alter the substance of any term) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of jl18 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jl18 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with Section 4.
